Hey Teph- I’m the National Sales Director with the Makeup Eraser. A few tips and clarification:
The Makeup Eraser is NOT microfiber- it’s a proprietary poly blend that will not cause wrinkles (lol) and it’s not scratchy like a regular washcloth. Be sure to wet with WARM water and use CIRCULAR motion- not smearing or swiping. The makeup is “picked up” by the cloth’s special weave of the threads with the circular motion. For waterproof mascara and eyeliner- again, wet with warm water and gently rest on eyelids for a few seconds before gently using circular motions. You’re right- it can be used multiple times before throwing in your washing machine and yes, it goes in the dryer- no special detergents needed. For best results, wring out excess water AFTER using the Makeup Eraser and hang over towel bar to dry for next use (Do not wring out water before using the MUE- wet liberally with warm water.) You can even wash it with just soap and water and hang to dry between laundry loads! The side without the tag removes the makeup- the side with the tag does a light exfoliation and dries your face.

I hope you’ll try it again with these tips, Teph. Please tell your readers if they purchase from my site, we have a 30 day money-back guarantee.
